  Someone please tell me why their crust is always soggy. Seriously, every time we order from the Pataskala location you can bet on it. The Taylor Rd location has the same owner and never has soggy pizza. I have been to 100's of pizza restaurants over my life and never had this problem.

  I ordered a sub at 5:30 for delivery and was told delivery would be one hour. At 6:30 I called the store and the sub hadn't even been made. Was then told at 6:50 it would be right there and since I live across the street I expected it within 10-15 minutes. My sub finally arrived at 7:30. When I inquired about a refund I was told I would receive a credit on my next order. It will be a cold day in H_ _ _ when I order from this location again. Sounds like the manager should find another job!! Very poor customer service.
